Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and keep books up to date . The Bookkeeper will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
File quarterly / annual Sales and Use Tax for multiple states
Reconcile company credit cards
Review and reconcile employee expense reimbursements
Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements on an as needed basis
Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with standards.
Assisting with audits and other financial reviews

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Proficient skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Shopify experience a plus
Purchasing experience a plus
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Solid understanding of financial concepts and reporting requirements.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
