Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately processing and recording all payable transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate

- Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system

- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of technical accounting concepts, including account reconciliation and financial reporting

- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
