Detailed Job Description

● Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, general ledger review for accuracy prior to going to partner, scanning and filing, and light administrative work
● Mail pick-up at post office twice per week

Must-Have Qualifications:

● Agilink/Formally Datafaction (A MUST - A TEST WILL BE GIVEN FOR PROFICIENCY )
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
● Excellent communication skills
● Proficient in MS Windows operating system, MS Word, MS Excel,
