We are a small, dynamic CPA firm dedicated to providing high-quality bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services to local clients. We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team and grow with us.

Responsibilities and Duties

Bookkeeping Data Input: Accurately enter and maintain financial records.
Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll for clients.
Sales Tax & Payroll Tax Scheduling: Schedule and monitor client tax filings.
Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Experience: No prior accounting work experience is required; however, one year of experience in another CPA firm is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (中文) is required; knowledge of Taiwanese or Cantonese is a plus.
Residency Status: Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (we do not sponsor H1B visas).
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel.
