Pay range: $25.00/hr to $55.00/hr depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:00AM - 4:00PM Monday to Friday, some weekends, and overtime as needed.

Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards provide the customer with a high-quality experience. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
Universal EPA Certification
Minimum two (2) years related experience
Ability to use all necessary tools and equipment required to complete all duties and job
Must have possession of own tools
A qualified candidate/employee must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the company's insurance carrier
HVAC/R Mechanic Certificate required
Understand and communicate the benefits of preventable maintenance
Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers
Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility
Operate scissors and genie lift in a safe manner
