Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our Accounting Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and financial software, with proficiency in managing accounts receivable processes.

Duties:
-Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and account analysis
- Assist in all aspects of accounts receivable.
- Process Accounts Receivables chargeback
- Research and work with other departments and customers to resolve invoice discrepancies, claims, and receivable issue
Resolve any discrepancies
Reconciling invoices and collections
Track and analyze customer credits
Track expenses
Prepare reports and analysis as needed
Other tasks as assigned by managementQualifications/ Experience:

- Prior experience in accounting/bookkeeping or a similar role preferred
- Expert with Microsoft Office Products ( excel and World)

- Quickbooks software experience is preferred

- High Degree of Accuracy and great attention to Detail

- Strong Customer Service Skills

- Proficient in mathematics
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and understanding of financial concepts
- Able to work cohesively with other employees, management, and customers.

- Able to work independently with minimal daily direction

- Self-motivated and works under pressure to finish tasks timely and correctly

- Able to identify and solve problems with good judgement

- Excellent written and verbal communication

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
