We are a dynamic and growing organization looking to expand our finance team. As part of our commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining solid financial processes, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk.

Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely processing of incoming payments and outgoing bills, and supporting the accounting department with day-to-day financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
Process and manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices, payments, and reconciling statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Handle communication with clients and vendors regarding outstanding balances and payment discrepancies.
Assist with general accounting duties as needed, including preparing reports and supporting financial audits.
Respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable (at least 1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
