Job description/Responsibilities for multi set facilities:

Prepare, reconcile, and transmit all necessary paperwork for payroll
Maintains paperless structure organization.
Monitor multi company payroll and benefits processing.
Monitor multi facilities daily timecards
Familiar with Benefits system tracking such as Flock and adhere to the company policy.
Oversee COBRA compliance.
Reconciles employees’ benefits to carriers (insurance) bills and payroll deductions.
Timely and accurately recording/processing payroll information according to the facilities policies and procedures.
Processing authorized direct deposits, voluntary deductions. Calculate final, retroactive pay, benefit over/under payments and PTO payments.
Track and resolve payroll errors. Complete payroll adjustments and corrections as necessary, under the appropriate approval.
Monitor facilities department work hours (including vacation and holiday schedules), personnel, overtime etc.
Process termination and calculate final pay.
Reconciles employee hours per timecards to the payroll processing hours.
Process admin work, assist with scanning vendors invoices for facilities, various ad-hoc reports.
Serves as a backup for Accounts Payables and assists with various time and attendance and payroll matters.
Assist with office tasks: answering the phone, scanning, incoming and outgoing mail.
Knowledge of Microsoft office/excel and being software savvy is a must.
Knowledge of Paychex platform is desirable
Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of taking ownership of tasks in a busy environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
