We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to handle all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our organization and will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Duties

Maintain accurate financial records by managing accounts payable and receivable.
Perform balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements and cash flow statements.
Conduct general ledger reconciliation to verify the integrity of accounts.
Assist in budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data and insights.
Utilize QuickBook software for efficient bookkeeping and reporting.
Execute account reconciliation tasks to resolve discrepancies promptly.
Write detailed financial reports that communicate the organization's financial status effectively.

Skills

Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation techniques.
Strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting and tax regulations.
Excellent written communication skills for effective financial report writing.
Familiarity with QuickBook accounting software is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasks.
Experience in public accounting is a plus but not required. ( Prevailing Wage / PLA )
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $70,260.00 - $90,260.00 per year
