Our company is seeking an Assistant Purchaser to help promote and support our fast-paced and growing business. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of our product line and display approach, and a passion to makeup and skincare trend. The successful Assistant Purchaser will be a reliable, detail-oriented, efficient team player who wants to work in a competitive Beauty industry where excellence, creativity and productivity are valued.

Responsibilities (Include but not limit to):

Work on order placement and scheduling.
Work closely with vendors and retail staff to inspect merchandise upon receipt and point out imperfections or incorrection.
Ensure complete technical information for new items to software.
Work on full life cycle of retail online orders including order placement, pick and pack.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in beauty industry
Bilingual in English and Japanese or Mandarin
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Legal work status in the US
