We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our team of professionals. We are a CPA/Business Management firm with approximately 40 employees. We have an entertainment-based clientele incorporating high net worth individuals and executives. About the Position:

The Accounts Payable Department is an integral department within our Business Management Firm. Accurate and precise attention to detail is of the utmost importance. The ideal candidates will possess 5-6+ years Accounts Payable experience, as well as professional office experience. Candidates must have excellent computer and data input skills (Microsoft Office). Knowledge of Datafaction and Imaging is a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves Accounts Payabale and detailed work.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Review invoices
Enter/code all invoices
Reconcile vendor statements
Research and correct discrepancies
Monitor and maintain repetitives
Proficiently use the firm’s software requirements
Become familiar with the firm’s policies and procedures
Maintain client confidentiality
Communicates effectively with entire Business Management Team

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will also possess:

1-2 years AP experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
