Position: Human Resources Assistant

Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt

Pay: Starting at $ 21.00 per hour

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources/Payroll Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of the department under direct supervision of the HR Director.

Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition processes such as scheduling interviews and conducting initial screenings
- Utilize HR systems like ADP for data entry and reporting
- Provide administrative support to the HR team including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Collect and maintain employee data for record-keeping purposes
- Contribute to training development activities for new hires and ongoing staff development

- Assist with Timecard adjustments, processing time -off request and payroll processing.
- Support HR projects under the guidance of HR Director

-Other duties as assigned

Experience/Qualifications:

- Previous experience in HR or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with HR software systems like ADP is a plus

-Previous experience with Payroll is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Knowledge of data collection methods and reporting techniques
- Understanding of HR processes including talent acquisition, training, and employee relations
