Our team of Retail Sales Associates helps to identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and contribute to the store’s profitability.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers
Manage new customer account sales
Stay up to date to provide accurate product information
Be knowledgeable in product features, pricing and after-sales services
Answer questions about products or services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to Management

Skills

Experience in sales, customer service, or retail a plus
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
High school degree
