Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience through effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a passion for e-commerce and online retail as well as in-store retail.

Job Description:

Help drive internet sales whether that is on our e-commerce platform or any other platform that you may think will work given your experience.
Increase wholesale business and explore what areas we can grow in.
Assist in retail as learning in the forefront of the store will help you better understand the products.
Process, pack, and fulfill orders. May need to drop off orders to their respective freight carriers.
Inputting new products and pricing.
Organize and put away incoming merchandise.

Requirements

Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Sales experience is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Amazon, or eBay) and analytics tools (like Google Analytics).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
