HVAC Apprentice / Entry-Level Technician

Pay Range: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join us as an HVAC Apprentice / Entry-Level Technician—an opportunity for anyone wanting to start an HVAC career from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities:Initial Responsibilities (First Phase of Training):

Keep job sites clean and organized (sweeping, trash removal, tool organization)
Help move and carry heavy equipment (50+ lbs)
Handle basic warehouse and shop duties as needed
Assist senior technicians with daily tasks

Growth Responsibilities (After Training Period):

Learn basic HVAC troubleshooting and installation
Assist with maintenance and service calls
Build hands-on experience using HVAC tools and equipment
Work towards becoming a full-fledged HVAC technician

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
