Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 to $125,000.00/year

Experience:

HVAC Installation (installers): 5 years (Required)

License/Certifications:

EPA Certification (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
NATE a plus and higher pay

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that systems are installed according to safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer instructions.
Supervise and mentor a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and up to the highest standards.
Perform site assessments and determine the best HVAC system solutions for residential properties, keeping customer preferences and budget in mind.
Install, replace, and upgrade heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.
Ensure that all necessary materials and tools are available and ready for each installation job.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruptions for customers.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and explaining system features to homeowners.
Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future services.
