Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, including installation. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties correctly and efficiently. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality installations and customer satisfaction. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Duties

Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, air handlers, ductless units, package units, ductwork, and other related components.
Perform accurate assessments of customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
Ensure all installations meet industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and take steps to ensure the job site is safe and efficient.
Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during or after installation.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer or equal education (residential and light commercial experience preferred).
Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC issues effectively.
Valid HVAC certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Requirements:

Industry standard tools and equipment
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
