Title: Accounts Receivable (City of Industry, CA)

XPOWER Manufacture Inc. is looking for personnel to handle various order and accounting related tasks. XPOWER Manufacture Inc. is the fastest growing brand in the janitorial and sanitation, restoration, advertising equipment and pet-grooming industries. We design, engineer and manufacture all of our equipment from conceptual ideas to world safety-certified consumer products: air movers, blowers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, pet dryers and more.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in order processing
Generate and send out invoices follow up on, collect and allocate payments
Carry out collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or in person
Assist controller with various accounting and logistic activities

Qualifications:

1-3 years Proven working experience as accounts receivable
Hands-on experience in Quickbooks and MS Excel
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Problem analysis and problem solving skills
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Be able to work effectively in a team environment
BS degree in Accounting

Compensation:

Base + bonus + health insurance + 401K

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
