Covina Kia is currently looking for an Internet Sales Associate to join their growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction
· Work in close proximity with other Internet Sales Associate in a team-based environment
· Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal of establishing a firm appointment date and time for the prospective guest to visit
· Answer questions and inquiries from guests, and provide general or related vehicle sales information in a friendly manner
· Strictly adhere to all company directions related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts
· Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
· Exceptional Oral and Written communication skills
· Must be comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment
· Must be able to pass a background check
· Must have a high school diploma
· Customer service skills a must
