- Process sales transactions using the POS system while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling customer calls or inquiries.
