Professional Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Overseeing all facets of store operations, encompassing sales, customer service, pricing, profitability, and customer perception.
- Engaging with customers to deliver the expertise necessary for generating and closing sales.
- Supporting both counter sales and outside sales activities.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key vendors.
- Ensuring inventories are maintained at optimal levels, promoting sales, and upholding the branch's appearance.
- Facilitating product transfers and shipping processes.
- Identifying new product and business opportunities based on ongoing customer needs assessment.
- Spearheading sales growth initiatives to enhance profitability.
- Guaranteeing branch compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Managing employees and promptly reporting all personnel issues to Human Resources.
- Fulfilling any other responsibilities as directed.
Requirements:
- Possessing 5+ years of plumbing industry experience.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Exhibiting robust operational acumen.
- Capable of effectively leading and motivating individuals and teams.
- Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking, even in stressful situations.
- Skilled in interpreting marketing reports to analyze business groups, products, and customer segments.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
