Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduled and manage (1) Foreman and (3) Install teams in daily install job requirements.
- Pay is BASE SALARY + COMMISSION. Additional bonuses are available.
- Project estimates range from Inland Empire, Orange County and Los Angeles County regions.
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for HVAC construction and renovation projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope of work and required materials.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, equipment suppliers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed cost breakdowns.
- Utilize construction estimating software.
- Identify potential cost-saving measures.
- Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients (General Contractors, Owner representatives etc).
- Participate in construction meetings, job-walks and inspections as needed (when Foreman is unavailable).

Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using construction estimating software.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC project plans, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines as it pertains to the HVAC industry.
