Livestream Host for Social Media (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Location: City of Industry, CA (In-person)
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time (4 hours/day, Monday through Friday)
Flexible hours between 7 AM - 9 PM (No weekends)

We specialize in offering a diverse range of products, from beauty and health essentials to recreational items. We are launching a new project to showcase and sell maternal and child products, and we’re looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our marketing team as a Livestream Host! Job Overview:
As a Livestream Host, you will play a key role in driving sales and engagement through live streams across various social media platforms. You will showcase and promote our products, interact with viewers, and collaborate with our digital marketing specialist to create engaging content. This position offers creative freedom and the opportunity to build your personal brand while helping to grow our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host live streams showcasing our products, including maternal and child essentials, beauty, health, and recreational items.
- Engage with the audience in both English and Spanish, responding to questions, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive sales by presenting products clearly, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing specialist to refine content and livestream strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule multiple live streams Monday through Friday (flexible schedule within 7 AM - 9 PM).
- Build engagement, increase followers, and promote product awareness.
- Stay current with social media trends and adapt strategies to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
- Manage content creation and livestream production with creative freedom.
- Ensure live stream sessions are informative, engaging, and organized.
- Work in-person at our City of Industry location.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent, with excellent communication skills in both languages).
- Experience in live streaming and/or social media management (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Wish is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and policies (especially TikTok and Instagram).
- Outgoing, charismatic, and energetic personality with the ability to connect with a wide range of viewers.
- Professional, friendly, and able to engage the audience for prolonged hours on camera.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and contribute ideas for stream improvements.
- Knowledge of maternal and child products is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to speak clearly and maintain energy for long livestream sessions.
