ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Contact and set appointments with a provided customer list - These hot leads are provided by our marketing department.
- Meet with clients to assess their HVAC needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Provide cost estimates for HVAC systems and services.
- Handle sales and negotiations with clients.
- Keep up-to-date with new HVAC technologies and products by attending Fleetwell trainings and meetings.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Meet and exceed sales targets as agreed upon.
- Demonstrate company core values at all times.
- Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments (leads provided).
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies.
- Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Background in strengthening client relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering superior customer service.
- Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with clients and office staff.
- Highly motivated, organized, flexible, and able to multitask.
