We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions and related treatments. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our clients' beauty experience and helping them feel confident and beautiful.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Provide additional beauty services such as hair threading and makeup application as needed.
- Assist at the front desk, managing appointments and client inquiries using MINDBODY software.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet business goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to provide clients with the latest offerings.
Skills
- Proficient in eyelash extension application techniques with attention to detail.
- Experience in hair threading and makeup application is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
- Ability to maintain high sanitation standards in all procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A background in cosmetology or med spa services is advantageous.
