THE POSITION
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our service offerings through effective positioning and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and e-commerce strategies. Your mission is to promote cord blood stem cell donation / banking and to ensure our audience stays informed, engaged, and connected. Including transplant centers / hospitals, physicians and patients.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage the creation of relevant content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and voice.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the company’s WordPress website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
- Lead social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content that fosters community interaction and brand awareness.
Skills
- Proficiency in WordPress for website management and content updates.
- Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling messages across various channels.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Expertise in SEO best practices to optimize web content for search engines.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies to enhance online sales performance.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with sales teams and other departments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including email marketing, with Salesforce CRM, call center team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least (5) years of managerial marketing experience. A bachelor’s degree with coursework in marketing, communications, or a related area. Working experience in healthcare/medical/beauty industry is highly preferred.

Pay: $77,582.00 - $150,143.00 per year
