Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management, strategic planning, and business development. This role requires a collaborative approach to drive sales and improve profitability while ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Must have coil manufacturing /production experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and operations.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of skilled trades personnel.
- Ability to develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to design and implement processes and procedures.
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance business growth and profitability.
- Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support to promote professional development.
- Develop strategic plans that align operational goals with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on projects.
Experience
- Education or hands-on experience in any or all of the following: electrical, water and steam mechanical systems, HVAC, chillers, boilers, building controls systems
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Background in project management with a focus on delivering results within set timelines.
- Experience in profit loss analysis and process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and business development efforts that drive growth.
