We're looking for driven Product Managers eager to enhance their skills through impactful, innovative projects.
Job DescriptionYou will report to the Talent Management Director and join the D2C Product Management team. You will also have a product rotation manager who will lead you through exciting projects to affect consumers and will help you reach your professional development goals.
Responsibilities:
- Complete two 6-month technical rotations across our business groups.
- Gain hands-on experience with the latest tech stacks and platforms.
- Gain exposure to Senior Business Leadership.
- Support product discovery and delivery to ensure solutions are valuable to customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Work with engineering, design, and other teams to guide product development, ensuring agreement across departments.
- Help write and prioritize user stories, supporting the scrum team in delivering on product deliverables.
The start date for the program is June 2, 2025.
Qualifications- Graduating in December 2024 or Spring 2025 with a Bachelor's or above in CS, Product Management or a related field of study
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Asana)
