Our Vitamin supplement company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join their growing team!
Pay: $27/Hr.- $30/Hr. (DOE)
Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday's as Needed)
Hours: 7 AM to 3:30 PM ( OT as needed)
Location: Mira Loma
Job Duties:Job Duty: - Follow all safety and GMP’s, and SOP’s requirements
- Understand the instructions, diagrams, and schematics for machinery that requires maintenance or repairs.
- Performed routine maintenance and preventive maintenance weekly, biweekly, and monthly on operation facility systems, replace A/C, Dust Collectors filters, water testing, Oil, Lubricate, Fabricate, Housekeeping.
- Inspect, install, and maintain wiring, controls, components, transformers, and circuit breakers.
- Identify and diagnose electrical problems using testing devices; repair and replace faulty electrical components and wiring, such as electric motors and switchgear.
- Respond to Operations and Facilities request calls, troubleshot, diagnose and repaired issues, sourced parts, and prioritized calls against maintenance work orders.
- Daily routine inspection on equipment, facility for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, etc.
- Support operations by identifying the causes of machine and equipment problems, and implementing solutions through appropriate repairs.
- Train others and can work efficiently independently or in a team
- Other duties may be assigned
Special Skill and/or Education:- Proficient in reading and comprehend manuals and schematics,
- Strong understanding of NEC (national electrical code)
- Diploma or (GED) and 2 to 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Electrician
- Industrial Maintenance Mechanic training or trade school.
- Excellent problem solving skills to diagnose and fix issues with machinery and equipment, adapt to different situations and work in various environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize task effectively.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
