Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely manner.
- Manage the online sales pipeline, ensuring leads are followed up and converted into sales.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing online visibility and engagement.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and understanding of the sales pipeline process.
- Experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
