Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 3+ years' experience as a HVAC Technician
- Diagnostic and repair work on residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment units up to 30 tons
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Thorough knowledge of split systems including heat pumps, ductless systems, evaporative coolers, package units, wall heaters, wine coolers, exhaust fans, ducting, and zoning
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance
- Experience working with VRF systems
- Ability to recommend upgrades and new equipment as necessary to customers
- Certifications: EPA required; NATE preferred
- Available to work rotating weekends and overtime during peak seasons
- Ownership of industry tools and ability to operate them
- Familiarity with an iPad or tablet
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Service Titan experience is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- $25-30/hr. depending on knowledge and experience

Compliance Requirements
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment
- Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard
