We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. As an Esthetician, you will provide personalized skincare solutions, perform various treatments, and contribute to a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, chemical peels, and other esthetic treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Manage appointment scheduling through BLVD or similar software, ensuring efficient front desk operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns or questions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in sales initiatives to promote products and services effectively.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Experience with sales techniques to enhance client engagement and product promotion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Certification from an accredited esthetics program is required.
