Responsibilities
- Manage office tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting clients as needed.
- Coordinate calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support team members with various administrative duties to enhance productivity.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment for visitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or clerk is a plus but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
