The Sales Manager for Offline Channels plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and brand visibility for a leading beauty product line. This position is responsible for leading a dynamic team of sales professionals across retail locations, distribution partners, and direct sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, a strong understanding of consumer buying behavior in this industry, and a proven track record in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development
- Design and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the beauty segment.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped to represent beauty products effectively and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
3. Sales Planning & Execution
- Develop sales plans and budgets tailored to beauty retail cycles and consumer trends, ensuring timely execution to meet business goals.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners, salon owners, beauty professionals, and key customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
5. Market & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor beauty industry trends, emerging product categories, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic planning.
6. Performance Management
- Analyze team performance against KPIs and sales objectives, providing coaching and support to optimize results.
7. Sales Forecasting
- Forecast product demand and revenue based on seasonal beauty trends, historical data, and promotional campaigns.
8. Reporting & Insights
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior management, with a focus on beauty market dynamics.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and successful product launches in offline channels.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in offline sales, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
- Previous experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is highly preferred.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships in a customer-focused industry.
- Passion for beauty and a deep understanding of consumer trends in nail , haircare, cosmetics, and personal care industry.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
