We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role. Your ability to engage with customers and promote products will be key to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Computer literate bilingual English /Spanish A+
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Experience
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual sales goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
