You will play a key role in developing and executing engaging content strategies for our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, while supporting the marketing team in promoting our trendy and innovative range of color cosmetics. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Partner with the Social Media Coordinators to develop and execute creative content strategies for product launches, campaigns, and promotions. Focus on creating user-generated content (UGC) that maximizes engagement and builds the brand's presence.
Photo Room Management:
- Oversee the Creative Photo Room, ensuring the space is organized, efficient, and ready for photoshoots and content production. Maintain a high standard of quality for all content produced within the room.
Content Production:
- Research and implement new technologies to create compelling, professional content for social media and the company website. Collaborate with the social media team to develop, plan, and execute various media assets, including photos, videos, and graphics.
UGC & Social Media Engagement:
- Produce and edit bi-weekly Beauty Creations VLOGs to engage the community and promote brand initiatives. Create and coordinate video shoots, photoshoots, and multimedia content that sparks engagement and inspires customers along their journey.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with outside content production teams, ensuring that all deliverables meet deadlines and budget requirements. Collaborate with the design, copywriting, consumer engagement, and product marketing teams to align content with the brand's strategy.
Industry Trends:
- Stay up to date with the latest industry, advertising, and cultural trends to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and appealing to the target audience.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Act as a liaison between the Profusion Cosmetics Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and content delivery for social media platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in UGC video creation and content production.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a creative and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in content editing and multimedia tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and trends in social media.
