To be successful in this role, an ammonia refrigeration apprentice should possess a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. They must be able to work independently or as part of a team and have the physical stamina to perform manual labor. The apprentice should also have a basic understanding of mechanical systems and be comfortable using hand and power tools.
