We are seeking highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic sales team. This is a COMMISSION-ONLY role for those who are driven to succeed and eager to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Sales:
- Engage with potential customers face-to-face to demonstrate our high-quality skincare products.
- Apply products directly to customers' faces

Proactive Prospecting:
- Identify and engage potential customers in high-traffic areas.
- Proactively approach passersby to offer product samples and engage in sales conversations.
- Develop a deep understanding of our skincare line and its benefits.
This is NOT the role for you if:
- You are uncomfortable with face-to-face sales or interacting with the public.
- You prefer a traditional 9-to-5 job with a guaranteed salary.
- You are not comfortable with physical product demonstrations (touching people's face).

Job Overview: As a Sales Representative, your goal is to engage with customers, introduce them to our high-end skincare products and advanced skincare devices, and drive sales. You’ll help customers by offering product samples, demonstrating their benefits, and closing the sale with your knowledge and enthusiasm. We’re looking for individuals who are results-driven and eager to embrace the commission-only structure as they progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in front of the store
- Lead product demos for both skincare products and devices, highlighting key benefits
- Close sales by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to exceeding sales targets
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $17/hour + commission steps (5% on $500, 7% on $700, 10% on $1,000 or up - no limits!)
- Transition to Commission-Only: After gaining experience, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to a commission-only pay structure with unlimited earning potential

Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 per year (based on performance)
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (weekend availability is a must)
- 2 days off during weekdays
