Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: City of Industry, CA
Pay: $20–$22/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Onsite: Fully Onsite

A growing company in the City of Industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with room for growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Process customer payments and apply them to accounts
Generate and distribute invoices
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
Reconcile AR ledger and resolve billing discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
Maintain accurate and organized records
1–2 years of AR or general accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field a plus
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
