Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Welder III to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TIG welding with additional capabilities in MIG and structural welding processes. This position requires working with stainless steel, sheet metal, and heavy-gauge materials, along with the ability to accurately interpret blueprints and welding specifications. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Monday – Friday
6:00AM – 2:30PM
Pay
$24.00 – $28.00 DOE
Job Duties
Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and light-gauge sheet metal (16–18 gauge)
Carry out MIG and structural welding on components ranging from ½” to 6” thick
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
Use a variety of electric and pneumatic tools for fabrication and finishing
Conduct quality checks to ensure precision and compliance with project specifications
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Requirements
Proven experience in TIG welding (required), with additional skills in MIG and Fluxcore (preferred)
Ability to interpret and apply welding process specifications and detailed blueprints
Familiarity with structural and sheet metal welding practices
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Physical ability to lift and handle metal components and work in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to pass a hands-on welding test (TIG, MIG, Structural)
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
