Essential responsibility and duties:
Respond to incoming calls, emails, and assist walk-in customers at the parts will-call counter
Process orders according to established Company policies
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and company management to ensure high quality and timely execution of customer requests
Required Skills:
Gasoline engine components knowledge
Proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great telephone and e-mail etiquette
Ability to use a caliper is helpful
Experience requirement:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of three years automotive parts sales
Physical requirement:
- Standing 20% Sitting 80%
- Requires full use of hands, finger dexterity, and visual acuity to use a keyboard
