Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team at Envision Motors. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, providing outstanding customer service and support while assisting with transactions and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in their inquiries about vehicles and services.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
- Provide information about vehicle features, financing options, and promotions to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including stocking merchandise as needed.
- Assist with product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding of vehicle features.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
