ADAMIS GROUP is seeking a strong beauty sales freelancer with an emphasis in skincare and hair tool demonstrations as a top performer in retail sales.
The position requires weekend availability and is non-negotiable. Please apply only if you can commit to weekends hours.
Responsibilities:
- Approach and engage clients in conversations, understand their Beauty needs and preferences.
- Utilize your knowledge of the brand to recommend and demonstrate the products based on customers needs.
- Selling techniques like building baskets to upsell and cross-sell beauty products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the store management and team to develop relationships and implement sales strategies to drive cosmetics sales.
- Maintain and organized the beauty space, ensuring that products are properly displayed, labeled, and stocked.
- Continuously meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or retail industry, with a focus on cosmetics sales.
- Passion for cosmetics and a strong knowledge of various beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and beauty tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building a loyal customer base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for customers.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet customer demand.
- Familiarity with different cosmetics brands, their product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, techniques, and industry developments.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute visual merchandising ideas to attract customers and maximize sales.
