As the E-Commerce Copywriter, you will be a part of the core team responsible for shaping and growing THESY LLC in its infancy. The Copywriter will work alongside the Head of E-Commerce & Specialist to establish and reinforce the brand's verbal language. This role will be a central member of our new creative team, working across a variety of written assets and content ranging from product descriptions, blogs, digital, social posts, brand presentations and beyond.
The ideal candidate will come into this role with a passion for storytelling with exceptional skills in copywriting, editing, and communication. This position will create and execute engaging, results-driven content for a variety of platforms including digital, print, in-store and other consumer marketing materials as needed in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
What you will accomplish:
- Write compelling, witty, selling, and creative copy for landing pages, product pages, digital blogs, ads, and email marketing
- Acting as the gatekeeper of tone of voice — reviewing, proofreading, editing and guiding all brand copy developed internally and externally by partners; as well as developing tools, templates and style guides.
- Working within the Marketing Team, and partnering cross-functionally, on projects big and small — establishing trust along the way.
- Master the Company’s branding and voice tactics and how it translates into current market trends, search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Research ways to continuously improve SEO performance and other analytics.
- Collaborating with our designers, content manager, and producer on concepts that will shape the Marketing Team's output.
- Leading copy projects from end-to-end — from early-stage brainstorming and concept development through to go-live execution.
- Driving the planning, execution, and production of in-house content for social medias and other written/verbal formats
- Write compelling and grammatically clean content to ensure the Company’s value proposition and unique selling points engage the target audience across multiple digital and marketing channels.
- Ensure accuracy and fact-check all content. Update and refresh content as needed.
- Build productive relationships with Manufacturers, Designers and others to tell compelling product/lifestyle stories, ensuring copy aligns with priorities and direction.
- Manage project timelines, milestones and internal details to ensure timely delivery of all copy.

Qualifications
- 2+ years industry experience in a consumer copywriting/editorial
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, English, Writing, or related field
- Current portfolio of self-created work showcasing strong technical copywriting skills with an emphasis on brand campaigns and content development
- Vape, Health & Wellness, Supplement, Beauty experience preferred.
