Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Reach out to beauty bloggers and influencers
- Creation of marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and social media content.
- Create copy for promotions, product names, product descriptions, etc.
- Coordinate promotions for website and sales channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute promotional activities.
- Coordinate B2B marketing
- Blog upkeep, recruit bloggers for guest writing
- Plan out tradeshows and events related to marketing
- Manage customer service
Language Requirement:
- Fluency in English and Korean is preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (internships included).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
