Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Body Sculptor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics, specializing in non-surgical body contouring and skin treatments. This role involves providing high-quality, personalized services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and help them achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skin care treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other customized skin therapies.
- Provide body sculpting services such as cavitation, radiofrequency, vacuum therapy, and other non-invasive contouring techniques.
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their skin and body needs, develop tailored treatment plans and offer professional advice on aftercare and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized treatment room, following all sanitation and safety protocols.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and certifications to provide clients with the latest in aesthetic and body sculpting treatments.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by offering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and following up post-treatment for client feedback.
- Promote and sell Slim Sculpt as a business as well as upsell on our services.
Requirements:
- Certification or training in body sculpting techniques (preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided).
- Someone who can assist with the growth of a spa.
- Proven experience in providing skincare treatments and body contouring services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high standard of hygiene and professionalism.
- Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and client satisfaction.
- Desire to grow and develop their career into management is preferred
