Available Positions:
Organized Builders: Training will be provided
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Manage inventory and assist with product displays.
- Ensure efficient store operations and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Assemble various furniture and home decor items
- Ability to handle physical tasks and work effectively in a team.
- Previous retail experience is advantageous but not required.
Sales Associates:
- Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product selection.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage with customers to create a positive shopping experience.
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Bilingual skills are highly preferred (e.g., English/Spanish or other languages).
- Enthusiasm for retail and a desire to grow within the company.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for retail and e-commerce.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
