Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on job requirements.
Coordinate the flow of work through the shop, and plan the daily schedule for the machines, to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and supplies. Assist in lifting, positioning, and securing of material and work pieces during assembly.
Check fabrication stations to ensure quality control of the product being fabricated. Be there to assist in all productions related questions.
