As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while also promoting products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, hair threading, and makeup application tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued during their visits.
- Utilize salon software (such as Millennium) to manage appointments, client records, and sales transactions efficiently.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to encourage upselling opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment that enhances guest services.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Esthetician in a med spa or salon environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Proficiency in using salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is advantageous.
- Experience in upselling products and services effectively while maintaining a focus on client needs.
- Knowledge of various skincare products, techniques, and trends is essential for providing top-notch services.

Pay: $20.27 - $23.16 per hour
