Your New Role
As an HVAC Technician, you'll play an essential role in keeping our clients comfortable and satisfied. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Meet with homeowners to diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently
- Train junior team members and share your expertise
- Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed every step of the way
- Order and maintain equipment as needed, ensuring jobs are completed seamlessly

Job requirements
- Clean driving record and active driver’s license
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
- Reside within 20 miles of the shop
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
